Peter 'Mack' MacKellar
Director of Brand & Communications

Mack grew up in Ontario, Canada, playing elite hockey in both the OHL and then at the University of New Brunswick, securing a B.A. in Multimedia. A golfer since age 7, Mack also worked at 3 courses growing up and most recently spent 12 years with Golf Ontario before joining the CGA.


Having lived all over the U.S. playing pro hockey in the minors, he's quite happy to now reside in North Carolina, a massive golf community where he can share his passion and creativity for this amazing game.

He was a part-time firefighter for 12 years and was inducted into the Whitby, Ontario Sports Hall of Fame in 2018. Mack's also a father to 3 amazing, sporty teenage boys.

Mack resides in Southern Pines, N.C. and spends his time outside of work drawing, painting, collecting vinyl, watching sports and getting out on any golf course he can.
